council rock is very yuppie and there are fake, rude people there (i grew up and was raised in CR school district) the teachers are the highest paid around, property tax is stupidly insane and even tho newtown is a nice, safe town, it's crowded and ruined by the flood of people there.

gas is expensive, and the cheapest gas station is always packed, and there is always jerk***'s honking your horn at you for not pumping gas fast enough, and the local rita's water ice and local resturants (la stalla, applebees, issac newtons) that would be otherwise perfect, are always packed with rude and inconsiderate people.

Default Annual "Report Card on the Schools"

The Philadelphia Inquirer publishes an annual report on public and private schools in the area (PA and NJ). Here you will find data and maps to assist in your school district search: http://www.philly.com/inquirer/educa...l_report_card/

That only works for the greater Philadelphia metropolitan area. That's Philadelphia, Bucks, Delaware and Montgomery Counties in PA and three counties in NJ. Excellent info and I always like getting it but it's definately Philadelphia area. Oh, well the person that started this post hasn't been back since April so perhaps they just stayed in Long Island.

I have never in 30 years been honked at for not pumping fast enough. Maybe you're just bitter at the area for another reason.

Bucks County was ruined by the flood of "refugees" from NYC and Philadelphia over the last 20 years. It has been turned into Sprawlville, USA ... a place where Target, Applebees and movie theater multiplexes are considered high culture.

Then of course you have the problem of strained infrastructure as more and more vinyl & chipboard monstrosities pop up in farmers fields.
