Husband and I are relocating to PA. His family is from the Chadds Ford area. We love it there, but cannot afford it. We're thinking West Grove/Avondale area. Looking for a home for about $320K. We are leaving Michigan and a 3+ car garage, 2500+ home. Home values are in the pooper in Michigan.
Can anyone tell us the good, bad and ugly of the area?
We have two small children (preschool age). I'm from the country, he's from the city. Hoping to find an area with plenty of green space, some shopping, etc. Hoping for newer construction.
