I also heard the Craft Show at Root's in Manheim is on Labor Day weekend. We went to Mount Gretna's Saturday and the vendors said business was great. The town did a wonderful job.

I don't remember the Mt. Holly Days one--at least off the top of my head. Does anyone know if there is still a craft/gift shop just outside of Mt. Holly Springs? It's on the highway between Mt. Holly and Carlisle. I can't remember the name of it, but a lady started it back in the mid-90's in a garage or shed at her home. She did well and eventually added a big room onto the place. She had a mix of country/primitive/vintage/antique items. I loved that little shop. As I recall, she was a single Mom raising a son. I was so happy for her that she did so well.
I do remember the show at Boiling Springs--Founder's Day I think.
Lititzman--I LOVE your town--at least I did when I lived in PA. If we were to move to the Lancaster area, Lititz would have been my first choice.

I don't know about that little gift shop...I'll have to ask my mom.

There's also Kipona in Harrisburg on the waterfront. It's Sept 5-7th.

FoundRY Day. First Sat. in June. http://www.boilingsprings.org/foundry-day/ (Though, honestly, when I lived there and gone back a couple of times, the food stands tending to be a little classier than the usual "fair food" draw more of a crowd than the crafts which are kind of high end and pricey to someone like me who doesn't really follow.)

Coincides with National Trails Day and when the folks hiking from Georgia to Maine on the Appalachian Trail first make their appearance in the area. The http://www.cvatclub.org/home usually joins the local Appalachian Trail office with displays and the like on their side of the lake.
