Actually they are. The Poconos and NEPA is seeing a huge influx from NYC and Northern NJ, and south-central PA is seeing a lot of people moving in from MD/DC. A lot of people commute from these areas to NY/NJ/Baltimore/DC.

Yes, this is true, but these people are moving to PA for a lower cost of living and a slower way of life, not for plentiful jobs. For the record I don't entirely see a problem with this because as these people move to these parts of PA, some jobs will eventually follow them. However, from what I hear some areas (especially NEPA) are growing too fast and the infrastructure/schools aren't keeping up.
