Question about Oakdale (public school, place, work)

Hi, I've been researching my family and I found out my father was placed in the Industrial Trade School in Oakdale. This was in 1935.

Does the school still exist? What kind of place was it? (How large, etc.)

Where can I get more info on it?

Wow, sorry nobody answered you sooner! We're usually pretty speedy on this site!

I have heard of the Industrial Trade School. I believe it was what they called the public school then, but don't quote me! I can't believe it was a very large school just because the size of the town.

My parents are still there in Oakdale--in fact, my dad helped work on their book with all of Oakdale's history! I will ask him & let you know what I find out about it.
