Default Relocating to Lebanon County Area? Advice?

My husband has a job interview in Myerstown and if he gets the job we'd be relocating to the area. I work in Harrisburg so we would want to live someplace inbetween. I definitely don't want to live in Lebanon - I'm looking at outlying areas. Does anyone have anything good or bad to say about Palmyra, Annville, Campbelltown, or Cornwall areas? Thanks.

I'm partial to Cornwall, myself. A pretty, wooded area. Check out Spring Hill Acres along rt 72.

Palmyra feels like an extension of Hershey to me.

Annville is a quaint small town.

Campbelltown is a bit busier due to its location along 322.

Good luck.

I attended college in Annville, PA and did a lot of field work in the areas around Palmyra, Cornwall, Lebanon "City," and ELCO (Myerstown). Most of these are lined up on 422 which the closer you get to Hershey and Harrisburg, the slower it becomes especially during rush hours. You might want to try further south; Lititz, Brickerville, ect. This would put your husband close to 501 (direct route to Myerstown) and you very close to 287 (direct route to Harrisburg).

Going north of 422 would put you in a similar situation. I just know from experience that travel on 422 tends to be slow moving and can make for a long commute either direction.
