Property Taxes (Hershey, Derry: sales, real estate, house)

Does anyone know what the average property tax amount is in Hershey?. Have seen tons of homes on Remax.com but no information on Property Tax is included. Thanks!

Payroll Deducted Taxes:
1% local tax
3% state tax
20-30% federal taxes
$200 Occupational tax, 1x per year
$10 Occupational Privledge tax, 1x per year
(additional taxes too, like unemployment, emergency funds, etc)

Real Estate Taxes:
School Dist. 15.09 mills
County 5.778 mills
Township 1.0966 mills

State Sales tax:
6% currently, most likely being raised to 7% in the near future

For example, a house with assessed tax value at $100,000, would have taxes of $2200 per year. Note: The tax assessed value is not the selling price.

Hershey (Derry Township) has some of the highest property taxes in the area. Very high quality of life, but you certainly pay for it! If you can afford it that's great, if you can't I would look at the neighboring towns.
