Hatfield -
We currently live in Ireland, but used to live in Dutchess County NY, 4 children, bunch of pets. Anyway, was thinking about Hatfield, and anything within half an hour? Seriously, thinking of a move back. Something with a bit of land, privacy, maybe a barn. Not too expensive. But livable. Yep maybe a small farmette type. What could we get under 350K, what would we expect to pay in property taxes? What are the schools like?. Is there many that will do a lease purchase option? Could not live in a town, or a housing development again. What can anyone tell me about the area, any suggestions? B
