Default Having trouble finding residential rentals in Potter County

I've checked all over the web and can't seem to find any home/apt rentals in Potter county. I checked some of the links from previous threads and most of them aren't working. Any help on where to look.

There should be lots of rentals in Potter County. Have you searched for the Coundersport area Chamber of Commerce, or the Potter County Visitors Bureau? They will have links, as will the "PA Wilds" website. I think you asked the same question in another thread?

If you really can't find any over the internet (which is very surprising, they have loads of rental properties up there, and signs and ads are everywhere), The Potter Leader Enterprise is the newspaper to look at for this stuff. You'll need to call them and get a mail subscription, because their wbesite is restricted to paid subscribers to the print edition. Lots of properties listed in the print edition last I time I looked (six months ago when in the area).

Here's the local newspaper for Coudersport but it looks like you need to subscribe to see the classifieds. http://www.potterleaderenterprise.com/ In my area, rental homes are few and far between. It's very common for people to just stick a sign in the front yard with a "home for rent" written on it. They usually don't stay available for long. Just a guess, but in a low population area like Potter County you will most likely have the best luck going up there and asking around and maybe talking with a Realtor.

That is probably why I couldn't see anything. Thanks
