Cost of rent around Ephrata, PA? (apartment, rentals, how much)

I'm originally from Ephrata, though my family moved to North Dakota when I was 12. I've been thinking a lot about moving back to PA to be close to my extended family, though I'm not sure how much different the cost of living would be. North Dakota is typically very reasonable as far as apartment rent and other utilities go, so I was curious as to how much it would cost to rent a place in or around Ephrata. My current monthly charges are as follows:

Rent for a 1 bdrm. apt - $450 (this is pretty expensive for Minot, where I am)
Electric- $36
Internet- $38
Groceries- around $70/month or less.

Last month our son was looking for an apartment in Ephrata. He found one for 450.00 including heat/water/sewer. That was a good find because the average is around 500.00 + utilities. The electric will probably be higher that what you are paying now. The internet is 28.00 through the phone company, I am not sure what it would cost through the cable company.
