Smile Any comments of Malvern, PA?

Attention everything!

Kindly requesting any comments on Malven PA. Does anyone can help me with any info, concerning that location? How is like living in the area?
Is the area close or at least somewhat close to nature trails or outdoors activities? How close it to the city of Philadelphia?
What is the average rent and the decent areas to live there?
What is the best school district in the area for MS and HS students.
I am possible taking a job in the area and need as much info as you can provide.

Thank You, Danke, Mercy beaucoup.

Malvern has excellent train service to Philly (SEPTA), it's a nice town (centered on King St NOT Lancaster Ave). It's close to VF and Ridley Park, though not walking distance.good schools, low crime. don't know about rents

Very nice place to live, family oriented.

Yes. There is Valley Forge National Historic Park about 15-20 minutes N of Malvern. You can google information.

Also Ridley Creek State Park is 20 minutes S of Malvern. 2600 acre park which has 50 miles of back country hiking/cross country skiing and a 5 mile paved jogging/bike trail.

Approximately 20 miles west(30-40 minute drive/train ride) of Philadelphia

The newer nicer 2BR + townhomes apts will range form $1300-$3000 US dollars. Cheaper more modest apartments can be found for $1300 and under. For a 2 BR you probably wont find anything under $1000.

The public schools are very good surrounding the Malvern area. The best school districts to research are:

Tredyffrin-Eastown
Great Valley
Radnor
Lower Merion

Good luck.
