Default Union City

I'm looking at property in the NW PA area. I found a nice one 5 miles outside Union City on 7.5ac
Does anyone know anything about Union City area?
I know they get lotzzz of snow...But thats not a real concern for me...Love snow and have equipment to remove it.
I know its a small town ..thats what I'm looking for and it's about 35 min from Erie.
But really don't know anything else about the area.

Internet Superman is on a distinguished road
Might I suggest that you get a canoe and take Banjo lessons.

The crime rate seems to be low for as many people that are there, but you know that you will have to travel for work. There is a couple of grocery stores there and a bank and a branch office of a hospital and a McDonalds along the road and a couple of bars and a couple of swap shops and not much else from what I can see.

One of the people that I went to elementary school with lives in Union City and I have been there many times.

I guess if you like hunting and fishing that it is a pretty decent place to live, but the area is so depressed that there isn't much else to do around there.

Furniture factories have closed down. Not much happens in Union City. You'll have to travel to Erie for any decent shopping or entertainment. If you're looking for small town and lots of space, you've found it.
