Where to rent in Lancaster, PA (Lititz, Willow Street: apartment complexes, home, live in)

I am relocating to Lancaster, PA within a month or so.

I will be working in Aberdeen, MD, but teleworking from home at least 50% of the time, so commuting about 2 times per week.

I am looking for a reasonably priced apartment (1-BDR) in the Lancaster Area, and I have started looking around online. It's just me and a cat :-)

I am thinking south of the city would be best - Willow Street Area, since my commute will probably be 272 straight south (any opinions on that?).

My only big requirement is that I need high speed internet (cable / dsl).

I have also looked around for places that are close to the PA/MD border, e.g., Oxford, but there don't seem to many apartment complexes around there. Any suggestions would be welcome.

I plan on taking a drive up shortly.

My budget is ~ 700 / mo, +- 100.

hi we live in lancaster right now and one of my friend lives in an apartment in Lititz , just off of rt.272. I think there are lot of good apartments in lancaster and Lititz, and I have drove by couple of them located right on 272. I dont know about willow street so cant say any apartments in south of 272. I would suggest looking into apartment guide or apartment ratings for best option.
