I heard there was a fire in Monessen in an empty apartment block. Has anyone any information?

They was at least one fire on Grant Ave. (4/19/2007) I'm told there has been a number of recent arson fires in the town and surrounding towns. They have arrested a group of suspects and are looking for a few more.

I had heard there was one on Rostraver st/Road. I am also looking for property tax information/ownership info and builders in the area. Can anyone help?

The main webpage for counties in Pennsylvania is;

You'll want Westmoreland County's link and the GIS department link. From there continue to the GIS tax map (public) links. This gets you the entire tax map for the county. You click on the information button and click on any property lot and you get the owner and their address, taxes, size, and a lot more.
