Hello Sapphire -
Perhaps this well help. There is a website with a good reputation (years ago it was featured several times on national morning news programs), called theknot.com. You are able to pull up local information, all over the country, in all facets of services you'd need in Re: to marriage. Maybe you can either find what you're looking for, or find a national registry of outdoor places to marry either on that site or through a google search.
Don't give up. You may just need to do more digging. My sister was married on a beach in HI, by a Catholic priest (for her) & a HI priest who was of one of the Protestant faiths (for her husband). They even had hula dancers, provided as part of what the HI priest offered, even though the wedding party were dressed formally sans shoes. That was definitely a twist on what is considered traditional & she planned it all from the comfort of her home in San Diego.
One last thought is that Universal Life Church offers online ordinations for those of any faith. I am an ordained minister through them, as when living in the south, certain holistic practices could only be provided from a doctor or under the realm of spiritual support for ordained ministers. Many of us holistic practitioners were ordained at that time & run the gambut of faiths. You can check it out further at themonestary.org. They used to offer a list of folks who wished to provide services. I'm positive there are people in your area who could help. Hope this helps.
Congratulations to you & your soon to be spouse! ... VV
