Interstate I-95/295 Construction?
It's weird that I-95 is said to run from Canada to FL, yet in reality it run from FL to the I-295 interchange north of Trenton, where it ends.
If you are driving to NY on the NJTP after the PATP exit you get told you are on I-95 again.
I read that this is all going to change by 2011, that were the PATP extenstion exit goes from I-276 to the NJTP this will become I-95, and the current I-95 north of the new interchange in PA will be I-295, which will just keep running over I-95 north of Trenton.
I wanted to know from those in the area if this is true and when construction will begin?
