Yes, Kings is still open. Went to the Dream for Mothers Day and it was great and extremely reasonable. We have been here almost two years now and I love it. I am having some difficulty making friends, I tried volunteering, but my health does not allow me alot of that, plus at the Humane Society I wanted to take them all home with me. I already have two rabbits, a crazy Siamese named Sake', and just got my third yorkie for my 60th birthday. So now I have two males (oversized) and my new full grown little girl Madelyn who is a whopping 2.9 pounds. I have my garden in for the year and just completed some front landscaping, we are getting a large garden shed on Friday. Since we have been here, we have installed all new windows (17), updated the electric, new siding, shutters and paint, repainted all rooms except the kitchen and upstairs bath, refinished the hardwood floors and took out the carpet downstairs, purchased all new kitchen appliances (SS), bought a lot of furniture, new blinds and draperies in all rooms except one, etc. Wow, that does sound like a lot!! Next winter, we plan on redoing the kitchen (or sooner depending on finances, my son got laid off in October and has not had any luck finding a job). Anyone know of anyone who is hiring in our area, please let me know. Again, I am glad to be back in Cambria County, although I wished I had been able to find a house closer to Cherry Tree, you cannot have everything in life. Also, the medical facilities and doctors here are wonderful.

bonegrl is on a distinguished road
In Gallitzin...not much but Mazz's on Forest St, Midway on St Thomas St and Iron Horse on Jackson since the bowling alley and Taddi's closed. I always try to make it to Granny's when I'm home (BTW, it isn't a chain - family owned). There are a few newer places in Duncansville, but I don't remember the name. I don't know of any Mexican resturants in the area since I didn't start eating Mexican till I moved to SoCal oddly enough. We have plenty where I'm at now.

[edit] oops I missed the second page and the date.
