Default Local story about Hopewell PA

I wanted to inform all local residents about the new book titled: The Haunting of Ken Peters" which is set in the old Iron Forge at Hopewell but also features many scenes that take place in some of the ares best known land marks, such as the Pagoda, some local restaurants, etc.

It's a tale about the death of a young man who suffered a life of abuse at his fathers cruel hand, and then died all too soon at the age of just eighteen. The story is set in 1950 rural America where prevention of child abuse was unheard of. The struct unspoken code of country etiquette almost always hid the abuse from the outside world.

The book is only available at Amazon.com and PublishAmerica.com

Feedback on any opions of the story are welcome.

Mr. Dampman, I believe we met at the Aulenbach's Cemetery tour. I just purchased your book today, 9-5. I would like to mention it in the book review section of the Historical Review of Berks County's Winter 2007-2008 issue. Although it is a work of fiction, we have mentioned other works of fiction by local authors. We just haven't done complete book reviews. If you still have my email, please contact me.
