Hello Angela.
I use a Kodak EasyShare digital camera and upload my pictures to albums on PhotoBucket, where I have a paid account. From here I then transfer the images into my photo tours. The camera was a Christmas gift from several years ago, but I don't think it was very expensive. It is probably now quite outdated as far as technology is concerned, but it still gets the job done quite well!
As far as where to raise children is concerned, you'll find that most of these smaller Central Pennsylvania towns offer a very nice quality-of-life. Check out my other tours of towns like Lewisburg, Wellsboro, Selinsgrove, Towanda, and Williamsport in North Central PA, as well as my tours from Northeastern PA if you'd like.
