Hi!

I know that there are people looking for spare rooms everywhere, but still want to ask: are there many folks in the area looking for that type of housing?
Thinking of renting 2-3 rooms of the house (not in Florida yet, considering relocation).

Typically, the busy areas and the places, close to big universities will be the best for that type of "business".. but what about Gulf Breeze? (definitely not very busy, no big colleges around).

P.S: What about short term renting for the tourists/folks on vacation?.. Or is it too risky and too much trouble?
