We are looking for recommendations for home purchases within Gulf Breeze. Would really like to understand if there are any areas to avoid? Are there available boat docks for rent or purchase at local marinas? What are the better areas for kids 10 years of age and 12? Also looking for website info for sports clubs: Softball, basketball, volleyball etc. I really look forward to any info!!!!

Gulf Breeze
IMO, the best part of Gulf Breeze is what's called "Proper". It's the incorporated part of the peninsula and has close to 6,000 residents. The rest of GB is referred to as "down the highway".
Do you have a realtor? You definitely need one. There are very few bad parts of GB and they are all down the highway.
GB Elementary, Middle and High School are all located in GB Proper, along Hwy 98. Sports is a huge thing there. Here is a website for you:

There is a large community center at the ball park, as well as a stadium for the high school. There is a community boat ramp at Shoreline Park and a commercial marina at the foot of the bridge leading out to Pensacola Beach. You can keep a boat there for a fee:
