Hi! I am opening a medical weight loss clinic in the Pensacola area. I live in another state and am not familiar with Pensacola at all. Which areas of Pensacola would be best for this type of business, and which are most convenient to the Interstate? Thanks in advance!

Your best best is in the Davis Hwy area where all the medical offices are and Regional Medical. This is also close to the interstate.

Rather than Pensacola, I would consider a more upscale area with people who have plenty of money .... such as Destin or Sandestin, Fl. (next to each other) . They are approx. 1 hr. from Interstate 10 . Route 98 is the major coastal thoroughfare that runs right thru both towns and although I-10 is some distance away, it is easily accessible via Route 98 to Route 293 to Route 20 to Route 85/285 to I-10 ... or.... Route 98 to Route 331 to I-10 . The Destin/Sandestin area has alot of wealth ---- Retirees that are well off, fancy Shopping Malls, high priced Condos, and luxury Boats.
