Default Pensacola-Countrywood at Blue Angel apartments

I have searched for this info and nothing came up, so hopefully I'm not being redundant.

Can anyone tell me anything, good or bad about the Countrywood at Blue Angel apartments in Pensacola? They are on North Loop Rd.

We are looking to relocate and would like to rent for a while. Safety is important and a nice apartment, but it doesn't have to be super fancy. This facility looks nice from what I can see on apartments.com It would have to be child friendly as we have an elementary aged child.

If anyone has any other places to recommend, I'd be grateful for your input.

Thanks!

I believe those are "fancy" apartments, they are fairly new. It's kinda on the outskirts of Pensacola, although there is a new Target and Super WalMart just right up the road. It's a very safe area to raise a child.

Are you needing to be near NAS?

My husband went to Air Crew School there and loved the area. He just brought us there on Spring Break. We drove from Houston and loved it!! My daughter and I have been sick for the past year and a half that we have lived in Houston and we felt great in Pensacola so we thought we would give Pensacola a try. So, I am not sure exactly what part of the city we would want to live in. He will have to find a job before we could move. I am just poking around looking at the apartments in the apartment guide I picked up on vacation and that one jumped out at me. It looked quite nice, and all the pictures I saw on the web looked great. It doesn't allow pets, so I would think it may be a little less noisy and it is a smoke free facility which is nice because we both suffer from Asthma and I was nervous about renting an apt that a previous smoker may have had.

Target is my favorite store, so living near one would be nice. I appreciate your reply. I have never lived in an apartment before, so that would be great to get to live in the "fancy" apartments. Hopefully living in that area would work out.

Check out Governors Gate off of University Pkwy too. They are really nice apartments and it's located a little more conveniently to things (mall, restaurants, etc). There's also a Target and a Publix just up the road.
