Default Looking for lost friend Tony from Hempstead late 40s also friend of Eddie Healey, and looked like Epstein

I've been trying for years to find "Tony Toad", who lived in Hempstead, NY in the early 80's, and cannot locate his last name. We met at Dimitri's in Scranton PA in 1980-81. Tony's friend Eddie Healey, also about the same age and (I believe) from Hempstead, would also know of Jeff Hilton and Sean (me) from Hazleton and would be about the same age. Tony, in the 80's, looked like Epstein from Welcome Back Kotter. Any info is appreciated. This is my first online attempt, I'm hoping for the best.
