sorry, but the names don't even come close to anything here in Germany. Were they even German? And just with a surname...impossible.
What you can try to do is post something on a Frankfurt website on facebook...maybe somebody recognizes anything.
Good luck
Daniela
I stopped helping and searching people here, because i NEVER get a single " Thank you very much for your help" back.

I am sorry about that. I haven't had the need for a search but I am an avid follower of this forum. There have been many miracles accomplished here and I am continually amazed at some of the results. I have noticed that some petitioners seem to feel they can demand help and quite a few never come back and post the results of a successful search......
I appreciate all the efforts you have made on behalf of searchers and to the other people here who have tried to help, both current and past. You guys are wonderful !

Melanie:
You and DeeHexi and others in Europe are major contributors to this forum.
Due to your desire to help and your locations.
A small country or state, can often become very big when it is time to try to find someone. You should re-consider your decision. Yes, Op's can abandon their threads, and other's not give updates. Maybe they made the decision, maybe they were influenced. Peers can ignore, etc.
Then I (you) can remember the many dozens of hours of help and "support" given a few people to help them be re-united with a parent after 35-40 years, etc. An address, phone number and wish of good luck is not always the end. There are situations that require more than that. The rewards are the "results."
Hi!
I could use some help locating my friend Ulrike ( Ulli ) Becker from Kell by Trier.
She was going to a school in Prum north of Bitburg to become a school teacher and I was in the US Air Force.
We became good friends and stayed in touch until the mid 1980's.
We lost touch but I would like to find her again.
Her home address was Kirchgasschen 2, 5509 Kell.
I'm hoping you can help me!! Her name is Elisabeth (Mostl) Marschke. At the time, she and Detlef lived in Tirschenreuth, Germany, but I'm not sure if she is still there now. She would be between 54-58 years old and worked for Siemen's.
Any information you could give me would be greatly appreciated!!!!
Hi!
I work with a Siemens employee and he checked the Siemens worlwide directory and found an e-mail address for Detlef.
Try this and I hope you find your friend. I'm still looking for mine.
if that is the guy from Berlin, it's not him. He was born with the surname Schultze and took his wife's name. I already talked to them. But good luck, maybe it's a different one. the one I found was working 'for' Siemens, don't know if as a consultant or what.
i looked for my Uncle gerhard riebensahm he is 51 years old now. i think he lives in germany in munich
