I know this is a shot in the dark, but I figured why not try anyway..

Brothers name is Brian Mosley
Mothers name is Lorraine Riddleberry (LN may be spelled incorrect) or her last name may still be Mosley

Last known address was in East Orange, NJ. Brian should be in his late 40's to Mid 50's.

If this was an adoption try adoption registry and the adoption forums

found my brother at the 1st site, he was registered there - I was registered on the forum the sites weren't linked at the time - not sure if they are now. The forums should have a state option also

How about High School records? They may even know where he went to College, and you can search College Records.

try zabasearch.com - you may find him, and some entries provide a birth month and year so you can narrow it down from there.

this is going to be tough to do w/ only a name and a guestimate of an age.

Although I have his moms and dad's name as well..

Does Oscar have a date of birth...or a guess on Lorraine or Brian? Was he married to Lorraine? If so, when...and when did they divorce? Anything could help.

Do you know Brian's middle name? Are you sure of the spelling...could it be Bryan?
