Need help in finding a friend (San Diego, san diego, Ohio, looking for)

You all have been helpful in the past. I need your help again.

I am looking for a Thomas Fort
Born in Ohio. I think he grew up in Kent.
He was in the the U.S. Navy in the early 1970's.
Served on the USS Drumfish. Submarine.
The last I heard from him he was living in San Diego, CA. That would be mid 70's. He was no longer in the Navy at that time.

July 14. I'm not quite sure of the year. 1950 to 1952.
