You may want to also put your post on Rootsweb on their Minnesota Message Board. Chisholm, Minnesota is in St. Louis County, so you could post your message here:

rootsweb.com - St. Louis Board

There are genealogists on that site. It is free to post and they will help you find his family there.

Good luck with your search.

If you go here:
WWII Veteran - John F. Paznar
there are pictures and a story about him. It also tells about his family.

Hello Jean Paul

Sgt. John F. Paznar was my grandfather’s first cousin.

I am sorry that I do not know how to get in touch with the brother or sisters of the Sgt. or their children.
My grandfather was 8 years older than John and he passed away in 1997.
Are you related to the doctor that looked after the Sgt. after he was shot down?

Maria

Default GypsyGirl'sRelative

I am the niece of T/Sgt. John F. Paznar. I am interested in finding my relative Maria (GypsyGirl01). John's sister Julia is my mother. Julia is 96 years old and the only remaining sibling of John. Jean Paul has helped us gather information about John and now I am interested in finding more about you, Maria. I hope you check this site. Leslee

Dear all,My grandfather Jacques Gailliot was living near La Nouette in 1943, he saw the B-17 falling down from the sky and arrived on the crash site before the german patrols, with goal to gather samples of parachute as he was a child. Because I am fond of aviation history, he told me a lot about this story.Jean-Paul, you will find relevant information about T/Sgt. John F. Paznar and the rest of the crew on the following website: http://www2.msstate.edu/~mtp1/crew19.htmlIf (broken link) more information needed from your side, you can contact me using the following e-address: sebastien.gailliotATgmail.comSébastien
