Hello I am searching for my cousin, his birth name was Robin Arnold Peters Jr. He was born in Arizona at Maryvale Hospital in 1969. His mothers name was Betty Schmitt but we all called her Liz. Betty married a man with the last name Larrabe(I think the spelling is correct) at Kirkland AFB in New Mexico. His last known address was in District Heights, MD when he was 3. I was told his name might have been changed to Robert Roper or Ruper. He has 4 sisters and alot of cousins that would love to see him. Any information would be great. Thanks so much.
I made a mistake the man she married in NM last name was Roper of Ruper, not Larrabe.
