Missing brother

am trying to find my brother Joe Dean Davis, he was last seen in Bronx NY, he needs help. Joe have alot of mental problems, he lives in Georgia, went to visit a sister in up state NY, and never made it back home. He stop taking his medication, which is for bipolar, beening HIV-postive. Please Help
