Looking for my biological father. Please help!? (records, phone, street)

Hi I am looking for my biological father. The last time I was told I saw him was when I was about a yr old. I want to find him because I am pretty sure I have other siblings out there and would like to meet them and plus I want to know the medical history on his side of my family. His name is Roger Victor Lilly. I believe his mothers name is Ann Ashley but I am not 100% sure of the correct spelling. I believe he was born on 12/29/68. My mom said years ago that he could be in Florida but her foster brother said he saw him within the past 10 yrs I believe in Ocean City, Maryland. He was born in Maryland. I would love to find him. If anybody could help me that would be amazing.
My mom has tried to search for him and spent a deal of money trying to while I was growing up. The problem his there are so many people with his name that it was almost impossible to find him. I got a lead a couple yrs back but when I called the number that was listed in his name that person said that a person by that name never lived there. Again any help would be awesome.

Perhaps he is still in Florida. You can try zabasearch.com. You'll find addresses on there and most or all may be old, but it is still worth a try. Perhaps send a letter and maybe the current owner or mailman (mailwoman?) will forward it.

Yes, I checked it out and it's the same info I received a couple years ago that is out dated. Hopefully I can find him because I haven't seen him since I was a baby (about 25-26 years)
According to property records, he still owns the house at 2430 New York St., Melbourne, FL 32904
I looked it up and it says a Roger L. Lilly owns it and he is over 65. It could be his father but I was told when I was young that his father lived in Australia. Unfortunately there isn't a phone number listed with the address.
