I found a Kenneth Ivan Brown, Esq. who is/was an attorney in Flint, MI - one source, no address. Then I found this:

The home at that address belongs to a family surname of Baglione. The house was sold in 6/7/02 by Cathryn G Lundy and there have been 2 sales since then. Since the court case is from the 90's, I'm guessing if he lived there then, he has long since moved.

Columbia MD and Clarksville MD are about 20 mins apart from each other. So it's a possible he lives in the country now.
