I need help locating relatives in NY (friend, sister, name)

Hello my name pearl taylor i live in st.petersburg, florida..I am trying help my best friend find his birth parents, or a brother or sister anyone.I really am not good with computer .how do i go about getting my information out so the whole state of new york can see it. Thanks Pearl

Pearl, it doesn't really work that way. The internet has far too many websites and this being only one of them and just a fraction of the people of NY will even be on here. You might want to start out with the information you have and maybe someone on here can point you in the right direction.
