I have a brother in Philly was told his mothers name is Shirley. I'm not sure about that. Our fathers name was David Wills, he died just before his birthday in Sept. I think in 1996. I live in Columbus, Ohio where he was born. He raised other kids there in Philly. I was the only child he had through marriage.
He married Julia Hughes. My name is LaDonna. He had several brothers and sisters but only one brother there named Fred who lived on Rush St.
