Hello everyone. I was involved in this post in August of 2007 and lost a little over $300.00 to Bill armstrong and his little bunch of thieves. I encourage everyone involved to do whatever they can to try to stop this guy again. I am still a little disturbed that he wasn't brought up on more charges last time. I believe that he was only brought up on two counts and there was something like 30-40 complaints. Lets get everyone involved that we can. The media, FBI, congressmen, Police departments, as well as Vic Whetstone and Judge Anderson. Flood them with e-mails and phone calls so we can't be ignored again. This guy is a criminal and should be treated like one. Best of luck.

I believe that the contact info for Vic Whetsone is incorrect. If it doesn't work, try this one instead.

Thanks

Oops. Sorry. It looks like the e-mail for Vic Whetstone was corrected in a previous post.

Default You might also try...

to sue him in small claims court. You can get a Judgment against him even if he doesn't show up. Once you get a Judgment against him, you can contact each of the three credit reporting services and list your Judgments against him. It'll hurt his credit score, if he has credit.

Just a thought.

Good luck to all of you.

Please, anything new ? Have the other claimants dropped away ? What a bummer and nothing is done about it but, that is the way it goes. Keep us informed and I hope justice will be done.

No new news. That's it, unfortunately. This whole deal has been very discouraging in my view of our justice system. There was over 40 complaints, they had the man in custody and brought him up on two counts and these two have "still" never seen a dime. And the police just let it slide????? Contact the FBI, the Postal Service, the congressman!!!! Why? Nothings gonna happen. We reported it to the police, supplied them with all of our paperwork numerous times because they kept saying that they never got it, or misplaced it or lost it or....Whatever. We basically handed them their case on a silver platter and they did nothing with it. We even contacted the judge and a reporter to bring some attention to it. Still nothing. They brought him up on two counts out of forty. Why? Because if any restitution is collected, it goes to the victims. The cops would rather be out setting speed traps and things of that nature, because that generates money for them. Since when did being a police officer become a business to have to generate revenue instead of upholding the law?????? Just my 2 cents!!!!!
