I am looking for a Brother who was born in Germany sometime in the 1940's his name is: philip furkell or topol.

Birth Father's name is Frank A. Furkell in Europe, after he came to the USA changed to Topol.
Birth Father is half German and half of Croatia.

I have no more info: if any one can put me in the corrct direction
I would be gratful!
