A friend of mine is searching for her birth father...any help on how we can start the search? She has his full name and a SSN.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Try intelius.com it is excellent & also just start by googling his full name by doing this I didn't really have to spend money since now days people are becoming more n more socially online.. I've had good results... only full name and if you have an idea of which state type it in !! Ex: John Abram Hall state florida

Someone tracked me down by my Social Security Number right through Social Security. What they did was forward a letter to me so you want to call or visit the closest office and ask them if they would do likewise. for your friend.
