I have a sister who lived in Big Pine, CA in 2003. I have not heard anything from her since then. Is there anyone in Big Pine that might be willing to help me locate her? I don't have a lot of information, but do have a little. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I live in Virginia so I can't come there easily. Very worried that I haven't heard anything for so long. Thanks.

Why do you think you haven't heard from her, was there are argument, did you speak often?

Maybe you should contact the police, or social services or something. Its kinda wierd, if your this concerned, to look for your long lost sis on a "city-data" web blog- dontcha think???
Maybe she doesn't want to be found.....

Her name is Billie Joe Long. The only address I had for her was a PO Box. She lived with her sister Lorrie; but she kicked her out. Her DOB is 7-12-66. She had a boyfriend named Mark, but he hanged himself. She is the one who found him. I think she was very depressed in the last letter I got. I haven't heard from her since. I have checked with her parole officer to see if she was back in the system there, but they say she is not.

Thank you very much for offering to help me. This is a strange situation, as I have never met my sister in person. We just established contact in 2002 when she tracked her (our) father down through the Salvation Army. I am very worried that she may have hurt herself of have gotten herself back into drugs.

Default Missing Sister

I have checked several 'state' options looking for her. I don't have a physical address so the police would probably be of no use.

As of 2005, there is a Billie Joe Long listed at 690 Piper Street, Big Pine, CA. And a phone number of 760-938-3228.

Just tried the phone number and it is disconnected. Will try to write to this address. Thank you for the information. I hope it is her and that she is okay.
