Looking for relatives of Raymond Stover. He was born in 1910 in Philly and passed away in 1965. He is buried at Burlington National Cemetary, NJ.
His mother and siblings are buried at Junior Mechanics Cemetary, NJ. They all died quite some time ago and there is nothing about children to be found online. Couldn't find any info, except a census record from 1920, on his father either, Howard D. Stover, DOB 1884

Raymond's family was:
Mother: Rebecca Stover 1883 - 1973
Siblings:
Ellen L Stover, 1914 - 1986
Howard A Stover 1918 - 1975
Willard A Stover 1907 - 1995

Looking for children or grandchildren of the deceased...

Thanks for all your help.

Daniela

I found his 1910, 1920 & 1930 Census. In 1930 he was 20-years-old, still single & living with his parents. The 1940 Census will be released on April 2, 2012. That should shed some light on if he got married & had kids. Let me know if you don't have access to the 1940 Census records & I will look it up for you.

Marnie :~)

Thanks Marnie, I will. I just think it's strange that there are NO relatives, not even for his siblings. They must have had something to do with Tabernacle, NJ...cause the are all buried there. Maybe the 1940 census can shed some light on that as well.

Thanks again. Greetings from Heidelberg, Germany

I found some more info with the help of somebody from a gravesite and on Saturday I talked to a younger woman. Her husband is the nephew of Raymond... She took down my information and said she will pass it on. Hopefully he will contact me.

This is a link to a page that shows 2 other children of Rebecca & Howard to be Russell 1905-1942 and Myrtle.

Russell Stover

I'm thinking that Ellen may be the wife of one of the brothers (Willard?) and not a sister at all. Her tombstone at Junior Mechanics Cemetery says Beloved Wife.

Thanks for the link, this is really great. I gotta keep that one...

Ellen was one of his siblings. Somebody made a wrong assumption. It says "calculated relationship". I think found her as a sister in the 1920 census... But I have searched so many Stovers in NJ and PA... who knows, right?

Thanks again.
