I am looking for my adopted brother his name would have been Johnathan Allen or Allan Hale Born March 13th 1988 or 1989 he would have been born in Tampa Florida. I have never met him and I really want to find him. I have tried every website possible but they all cost money that I can't afford I'm only 18. Please if you have any information at all please tell me. I know the attorneys name if that would help at all. I'm begging you I really want to find my brother.
