Are you saying both boys were given away at age 1-2-3?
I doubt that they were literally given away, as they need certain documents to enter school, etc. and they will have to have a legal last name.

They must have gone through DSS, or they were adopted.
If leally adopted they inherited a new last name.
And you won't find them by the name of Hill.

Most adoption records are almost impossible to get.

You do have time on your side, they are under age 32.

If they were born with the last name of Hill, (the name of their biological Father) and were adolpted out, through an agency or through DSS, their last name is not currently Hill.
And if they were adopted their original birth certificate is sealed and requires a court order to get to see the names of their biological parents.
I called my DSS office and 2 local adoption agencies on Friday, to verify this, before I posted.

It's rather, well it is, against the law to give kids away.
Accurate details may make the search easier.
