Please help me find Christopher D. Hunnicutt also known as Chris Hunnicutt

You've been given quite a few links to names.

Are any of them accurate, for Chris or his Mother?

July 29, 2010. The "estate" of Mary Hunnicutt sold the house at 520 S. Main St. to M. Kragness.
The house was a "TRANSFER TO / BY ESTATE"
Mary bought the house in November 2008.

If you would like to send Mrs. Kragness a letter let me know.
Her mailing address is different than 520 S. Main.

The last good address I have is with his mom, M. Hunnicutt, 520 S Main St. Sigourney, IA.
I just wrote a letter to this address the other day, and I'm hoping the post office will forward it to whatever address he has now.

--------------------------------------------------------------
The post office will forward mail for only a year.
The house was inherited-sold in July 2010, so the forwarding has passed, as of July 29, 2011.

Let us know how your search is going.

If you know his s.s. number (do not post it here) and have a PI looking for him, and another country like Canada is involved, well, have you considered that he does not want to be found?

From your links, his Mother died in 2010. I'm sure that he did inherit something.
Maybe you should investigate the person who know lives at that address is Iowa, and who she is and how she acquired the house. It may have been sold to her by Mary's heirs.
The probate court in that County can get you copies of the will of Mary, and all probate records.
They are public documents. They'll charge you per page of course.

As far as the house in Dallas, you might go back and take someone with you, that speaks their language, if there were any language barriers the last time. They may be from Mexico or other Central or South American country.
HUERTA JOSE LUIS
1326 MAYFIELD AVE
GARLAND, TX 75041-5004

If a PI can not find him, since the one number he can not change is his s.s. number, then I doubt any public search site gets any results.
Maybe try to find some of his old, but close friends, from school, military if any, jobs, etc.

He may be married, there are marriage records out their in "find me" land.
I have no access to those types of records.

Have you had any luck on your search?

His Mother's will and last testament, is a public document, and no telling what names might be in the probate records.

Or any more new clues that might be tracked down?

Good to hear Tracy.

But, you have used a phrase above, that should not be in the search vocabulary.

"about to give up" Don't do that. Press on.
