How do you like that. I'm looking for a needle in a haystack. How many Jay Smiths are there? Way too many. But how many Jay Smiths grew up in Memphis, TN, lived on Princeton Ave, played a silvertone guitar, mom's name is Helen, went to White Station high school, was in a band called The Profusions, and was an A student.

I haven't seen Jay since he moved away back in junior high school. I believe his family was headed for Houston, TX at that time.

Hopefully Jay or someone who knows him will come across this and send me a text. I'd like to know where and what he's been up to all these years.

Thanks!

Junior high would have been 7th & 8th. We were both in junior high about the same time. The junior and high school were at the same location. I always call it WSHS since I graduated from there. Sorry for the confusion.

Some Helen's in Memphis, not on Princeton.
Some Helen's in Houston, no address.

Would you happen to know his Father's name, or the address on Princeton Ave?

I don't know his father. He never was in the picture while in Memphis. All I can tell you about the address is I think it was in the 4400 - 4500 block range.

Princeton Ave is a nightmare, there are 3+ blocks and none connect with each other.
None go as high as 4500.

There is a Princeton Road that had addresses of 4400-4500.
I'll look around.

Helen's last name is about as common as you can get.
Hopefully she did not re-marry a Mr. Jones or Mr. Williams.
