I lived in Arkasas in Gosnell for 2 months with no friends or family and made a friend named Tony Cole whom owned a small family business (used furniture store) he ran himself as well as a taxi dispatcher co on Main Street in 1999. Tony was in his 70's-80's and I was 24. I was raised by my grandpa and Tony reminded me of my own grandfather who I had been extremely homesick for. I had no friends there, no job and had moved there with my fiance at the time who worked long hours and left me alone most days. I eventually went home absolutely home sick back to California. But while I was there Tony was a great friend to me. We became pen pals for a few years and then the letters stopped coming.

If there is anyone out there that knows what happened to him or his store, I would love to know. He was such a kind hearted man that I considered a good friend when I especially needed one.

I know he had a friend named Leatha (I think) and thats all I know.

Thank you.

Thank you.
If your parting was a friendly one, and Tony would love to hear from you, try calling this one and report back with the results.
