My name is Kristy and I am looking for my father Jose Lopez. I have not seen him in 18 years and want more than anything to reunite with him. He was last known to be in the Miami Shores area, and has been there since about 1996. I reside in NJ with my family, so its difficult to search for him from here. Any help at all would be appreciated.

Asking for any assistance in trying to locate my father. I have not seen or heard from him in 18 years and have been actively searching for him. He has been in Miami Fl dating back to 1996 up until last year and I am assuming he is still in that area. His birthdate is 4/7/1958 and full name is Jose Lopez. He does not have a middle name, but has been known to use the middle initial "J". He does have an extensive criminal record in that area, it has been my only useful tool in trying to locate him. Any and all help would be so much appreciated. He now has 10 grandchildren, 1 grandchild on the way and 1 great-grandchild on the way, that he doesn't even know about. Thank You!

I sent a letter to someone in another state.
They had moved and it came back to me with a yellow sticker on the envelope, with the new address.
I have a few address's that I have come across over the last few years. I have written to them and received the letter's back from all with no forwarding address.

There are quite a few living in the Miami area.
In what year was the 59th street address current?
You said you knew his address from 1996 to last year. Is that address on the above list?
If you believe your Father would want to hear from you, then you can decide how many more addresses you'd want to contact by letter. Some people won't drive 15 miles or spend a few dollars on some stamps for possible or very likely addresses. Maybe they are not real.
Just an update....I have located my cousin in Florida. She is my fathers niece. She has not seen my father in about 2 years or so, but she also does not live in the same general area that he has been known to be in. I have also located my fathers brother, who did once live in Fl with my father, but now lives in Texas. He also has not seen my father in several years. I have sent a written request to the Miami courts requesting the main page of his most recent arrest report (Oct 2011). I was told from the courts that his last known address from that time will be listed on the report. I will post again with any updates. Thank you so much to everyone that has helped in my search & I will continue to search.
