I'm in search of more information on:
T/5 Robert E. Doran, 502nd PIR 3BN HQ
KIA: 18-sep-1944 near Best (Sonsche Forest), the Netherlands

My name is Maurice Coenen and I live in Maastricht, The Netherlands.
I have adopted Robert's gravesite, through the dutch adoptionprogramm, at the American Cemetery in Margraten.

I'm looking for more backgroundinformation on Robert and the most i'm looking for a (copy of a) picture of him so that I have a face with the name.
Anyone who remembers him, or has information on him;
I hope you're willing to take the time to share this information with me.

This is a short summary of information i already gathered:

Robert E. Doran received a Bronze Star and a Purple Heart, and was the radio-operator of Lt.Col. Robert G. Cole.

Last hometown: Waterbury, Connecticut
15-10-1923: Robert is born
17-02-1943: enlistment day, Hartford, Connecticut
18-09-1944: KIA, near Best (Sonsche Forest), the Netherlands

Robert was not married.
His mother's name: Mrs. Mary V.(Veronica) Doran
His father's name: Mr. George J. Doran
His brother's name: Mr. William Doran
His sister's name: Mrs. Jean Doran
