Looking for my sister's father (phone, name, birth, relatives)

My sister has been looking for her father for a long time. All she know is he:

Name: Jeffrey Wade Robbins
Age: 47-50
Sex: Male
Married our mother: April Robbins
and he was in the military
His mother name is Barbara
Sister name is Kim

It would mean a lot to her to found him.

Honestly no, I don't know. My mother has told us very little about him. I figured if I could find him then my sister would be to connect with him.
