My mother was adopted by her aunt and uncle. Her father, Homer Testerman left town and was never seen again. He mother, Virginia Lundy stayed in the area, so her children knew her but she had major health and other issues and could not care for them, so they were happily adopted. Found out Homer died in Mineral Virginia in 1988. He had remarried a Laura Cregger but do not know if they had their own children. I do know Homer had siblings, who may have had children, and would have been my mother's cousins. Beryl Testerman Surface potentially in Richmond and Margaret Testerman Horn were still alive in 1988. He had 2 brothers that passed earlier, Bruce Testerman and Donald James Testerman. I am looking to find family, though I admit my mother has emotional issues regarding her father leaving, and is not interested in contact.
