Ernesto Ruiz passed away in 1985 at the age of 30 in Long Beach, CA. He was not the best father or husband but my father regardless. I know he had children out of wedlock and I would love nothing more than to find them. I lost my little brother at the young age of 17 in a tragic train accident, leaving me the youngest of 3 and feeling so lonely as him and I were very close. I have been trying to find them but have no idea where to begin since I have no information on the mothers and have no idea if he even gave them his last name. Can someone guide me please.. Everyone says that with the internet everything is possible, which I believe but can get so confusing at times. Again if anyone can help and guide me I would greatly appreciate it. OH and a private detective is out of the question since I don't think I could afford it .. Thank you
