That address is the Huckleberry Retirement Home. If the phone number is not valid, send them a letter and your photo and ask the office manager to get it to them. Maybe they live there now, or maybe the post office would forward it to their new address. Good luck on it.

This is the correct number and I was given the number to the head lady there and she confirmed that he passed away in October of 2002. I had found that but I wanted confirmation before I posted it here.
I'm sorry to get the news but I have really good memories of the time that I worked for him. I was a weldor for 40 years and he was the best boss that I ever had. Thanks for everone's help in finding him.
